All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

  • Handbags – Each bag is one-of-a-kind and sold as-is.

  • Online Courses – Once purchased, access is immediate and non-refundable.
     

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at create@handbagswithjchristine.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. While we do not offer returns, we’ll do our best to make it right.
